handle the variant types for exposure time (string / integer)

Support reading property set items and use monitor layout.

Added switch for the monitor layout (default) or an improved layout for
the node tree.
Added Instrument Type, Exposure Time and data origins (time and flags).

Refactored the node adding and added an interval option.

Emit spectra from a wdf file continuously.

Supports registration with a discovery server.
Emits spectra once per second updating the ilist and spectrum index.
Xlist is updated for the first spectrum only.
Cross platform for Windows and Linux.
