Subject: [PATCH] 	* tkcon.tcl (EvalNamespace): fixed to work when
 attached to a 	foreign interpreter. [Bug #453431] 	Added fix that allows
 access to Tk privates in 8.4.  Still needs 	a long-term fix. [Bug #450865]
