updated wrapper from jabberlib and modified jcp to pass the stanza as a whole xmllist to the declared handler.
Updated the chime demo and tested.

Imported code into Google SVN repository. Incuded DIO from Apache Rivet to
simplify testing (Apache license for this stuff).
